CAPABILITY STATEMENT
Heard Management provides management consulting services which include strategic planning and implementation, standard operating procedures, employee and team building programs, management training, human resources and leadership development. Using training and experience from a variety of workplace settings, Heard Management develops management tools to help organizations succeed. The emphasis is on "Procedures to Prevent Problems." Heard Management can also provide supplemental management staffing on an interim basis.

Heard Management’s mission is to increase the probability of success for organizations by enhancing management knowledge and skills. Heard Management helps businesses improve their administrative functions in order to increase both the effectiveness and the efficiency of their operations.

SERVICES OFFERED
Planning - Facilitate development of strategic plans, business plans and action plans.
Internal Controls/Standard Operating Procedures – Process improvement. Develop and implement procedures for company management and administration.
Management Accounting – Assist with budget preparation, forecasts and analysis; determine effective use of accounting systems. Process improvement.
Training & Development – Enhance leadership skills, business management skills, communication, team building, conflict resolution. DISC behavior style assessment and 360o-feedback surveys are used for coaching, communication and team development. On-line assessments can be purchased separately from other services.
Human Resources Consulting - Labor & employee relations; mediation & arbitration; diversity & inclusion training; negotiations, compensation, succession planning.
Interim management/administration - Provide temporary and/or part-time professional resources. This service can be seen as the short-term assignment of proven professional staff to manage a period of transition or to address a specific need within an organization.
