Staff Development & Training
- Planning - Facilitate development of strategic plans, business plans and action plans.
- Internal Controls – Develop and implement common sense approaches to provide “checks and balances” within the company’s system to allow reasonable control over its assets; perform management audits. Process improvement.
- Standard Operating Procedures – Perform management audits. Develop and implement procedures for company management and administration. Assist in preparing business plans and loan applications. Process improvement.
- Management Accounting – Prepare financial statements; assist with budget preparation, forecasts and analysis; determine effective use of accounting systems. Process improvement.
- Business Coaching – Work one-on-one with individuals to enhance their management skills. This service can be provided in person, over the Internet, or by telephone. As a business coach, Heard Management is also available to consult with the board of directors, department heads and administrative staff concerning any problems concerning the business processes of the company.
- Training & Development –leadership skills, business management skills, communication, team building, conflict resolution. DISC behavior style assessment and 360o-feedback surveys are used for coaching, communication and team development.
Services can be billed on an hourly or project basis.
