  • Business Coaching – Work one-on-one with individuals to enhance their management skills.   This service can be provided in person, over the Internet, or by telephone.  As a business coach, Heard Management is also available to consult with the board of directors, department heads and administrative staff concerning any problems concerning the business processes of the company.
  • Training & Development –leadership skills, business management skills, communication, team building, conflict resolution.  DISC behavior style assessment and 360o-feedback surveys are used for coaching, communication and team development.
